An Update from Wayne D. King - President and CEO, MOP Environmental Solutions, Inc.

December 7, 2011

Season’s greetings from MOP Environmental Solutions, Inc.!

This letter is intended to provide a bit of an update on the comings and goings at MOP. In the month and a half since Charlie Diamond’s passing we have been putting our best effort forward to make the transition to a new leadership team, while at the same time anticipating the addition of other members of the MOP team that can help us expand our sales and the mission of MOP.

All of this has happened in an atmosphere where our ability to communicate has been hobbled by two important realities:

1. The 15c2-11 process that moves MOP to a higher reporting level where shareholder value is enhanced by a higher number of Market Makers and a higher level of transparency ostensibly generating enhanced public confidence. Ironically, the effort to become more transparent requires a “low-transparency” process that minimizes the amount of reported news (each of which generates added questions from FNRA ).

2. Attempts to reconstruct as much of Charlie Diamond’s historic knowledge of the company workings as we possibly could. As you might imagine, more than four decades of knowledge about MOP and the Bath plant was bundled up inside that marvelous oversized brain of Charlie’s. Charlie kept careful records of the things that were required by law and rule so understanding those things were “just” a matter of reviewing an extensive number of notebooks. However, the more esoteric and non-statutory collections of information were not quite so simple. . . (now where did Charlie keep the combination to that safe that holds the recipe for MOP’s “secret sauce”? Who was the contractor that developed the hydro Cavitation solution with Charlie? That solution can probably yield an income stream of more than a million dollars a year for MOP!)

I’m pleased to report that we are reasonably confident that the urgent matters with respect to Charlies historic knowledge seem to have been resolved: left twice to 18, right . . . (NOW you didn’t think we were going to give you the combination did you?); Ryan Vizena helped Charlie develop the Cavitation solution and yes we think it can generate some attractive profits for MOP.

The 15c2-11process is a bit more of a challenge. We find ourselves faced with the Hobesian choice of continuing to effort the application while creating a seemingly endless process by returning to a status quo ante or imposing a news blackout, under the worst case scenario, that has a chance of resolving the process successfully. We have decided on the former. It is clear to us that keeping some level of news about the company flowing is too important to continuing confidence, even if it means that achieving the 15c2-11 status takes considerably longer. This decision represents a reversal of a “board” decision by Charles Diamond. We suspect it will not be the last.

With respect to moving ahead I would like to bring you up to date on a few of the projects that some shareholders have been enquiring about. In the coming weeks we will be bringing you additional information through our soon to be added public relations and communications agency: EVP Creative (www.evpcreative.com)

We continue to be very optimistic about many of our international projects, though some have presented enormous challenges related to state corruption, bureaucratic shuffling and re-shuffling and the challenges imposed by a worldwide recession.

The Saudi Team is currently interviewing and negotiating with a large distribution company. Their website indicates that they are a registered trading and contracting company with the country's industry leaders such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Saudi Electricity Company and others. Dr. Nayfeh, president of MOP SA has told us that they will be making a decision fairly soon about representing MOP.

A total of four orders have come from MOP’s Ecuadoran Distributor and a recent conversation with President Fernando Banalcazar confirmed that he is aggressively developing his market and that he expects the New Year to bring increased sales of MOP. Banalcazar has put together a strong consortium of Oil Spill Response and product/service companies to bid on a large project. His innovative approaches give us a great deal of confidence in what lies ahead with him.

EGS continues its efforts with C-Level management of firms from Nigeria, Ghana and Guinea, West Africa, to Brazil, New Zealand and other countries. As you might imagine, working at this level takes longer but yields bigger sales over longer periods of time. Jim has expressed confidence that his efforts will yield results soon.

The purchase of the Groveton Mill remains on track and we have already had more than 5 inquiries from potential tenants and joint ventures. We are optimistic that a closing will take place during t5he month of January and then MOP will have adequate operational funds to launch an aggressive marketing effort. The Groveton location will also give us the opportunity to register MOP as a HubZone business, thus qualifying us for a 3% set aside with federal Prime Contractors and procurement agents. The funding for this project is all debt financing and will not dilute shareholder equity.

Very soon we will have more information to report including an update on some new patents being filed and other alliances and contracts.

Sincerely,

Wayne D. King

CEO and President

Groveton EDA grant matched by $100,000 grant from the Neil and Louise Tillotson Fund

GROVETON -- North Country Council (NCC) has announced they have received a $150,000 grant from the US Dept. of Commerce/Economic Development Administration to assist with the redevelopment effort at the former Wausau and Groveton Paperboard Mill site in Northumberland. These funds are matched by a $100,000 grant from the Neil and Louise Tillotson Fund of the NH Charitable Foundation.

The purpose of the grant is to create a public/private partnership which will lead to new businesses and new jobs at the former mill site. NCC is working closely with town officials, the current owner and potential developers of the site, all of whom have supported the concept of utilizing the assets of the site----including the buildings, the ability to create heat and power on site, the wastewater treatment facility among other site assets ---to expand an existing and growing regional industrial cluster based on using agricultural products. Supported by these grants, this next stage of development activities will include identifying products, markets and distribution plans for crops and value-added products, business plans for any parts of the site better suited to municipal or nonprofit ownership, and physical site engineering needs such as operating a co-generation facility and wastewater treatment plant. These activities will be fine tuned over the next few weeks in consultation with the town and new owner of the site. More

MOP Environmental Solutions Founder Charles M. Diamond Dead at 69

Wayne King, Recently Appointed CEO, to Implement Seamless Transition

Bath NH, MOP Environmental Solutions, Inc (OTCPK-MOPN) today announced the death of its founding President and CEO, Charles M. Diamond, inventor of the Maximum Oil Pickup (MOP) line of oil cleanup products as well as a host of other products.

Wayne King, recently appointed CEO and President of MOP said that Diamond died peacefully at home surrounded by his family. “All of us in the MOP family are saddened by the passing of our friend and mentor Charlie but we are inspired by his life of meaning and purpose. Charlie continued to work right up to the final two weeks of his life when he gathered his company team together and initiated a well planned transition elevating Wayne King to the position of CEO, President and Chairman of the MOP corporate Board of Directors along with Reuven Rubinson as CFO and board member.

Ryan Vizena and Jerry Esposito, who head the manufacturing division of MOP, spoke fondly of The North Country Icon who rode into Bath NH on his motorcycle fresh out of college and talked his way into ownership of the Bath Hydroelectric Plant and then proceeded to use the electricity generated by that plant to invent the world’s first – and still premier – green oil spill cleanup absorbent.

“Charlie’s mind was always running in overdrive,” said Vizena. “Every day there was a new idea and a new revelation. Our task was to pay attention and make sure that we wrote down the ideas for action later on.”

Charles M. Diamond’s final act was undoubtedly his biggest – the orchestration of a Purchase and Sales agreement for the Groveton Paper Mill, intended to establish a Green Technology Manufacturing, & Research Park. The dream of the Green Technology Park will now be implemented by his friend and colleague Wayne King.

Diamond’s son Ben will serve on the board of directors of the Corporation to assure that his father’s vision is preserved, but the day to day responsibility for the company will fall to King who says that he has been schooled well by Charlie Diamond and is prepared for the challenge.

But the North Country won’t soon be able to forget Diamond and his contributions, Wayne King has announced that a lasting memorial to the Diamond family will be capitalized in Charlie’s name soon, details will be forthcoming in the near future.

The plan is to fund a Technology Education Center & Foundation at the Groveton Park said Michelle Chamberlain, Director of Budget and Logistics for MOP.

Reuven Rubinson, CFO said that the mission of the Center and Foundation would be to develop “Transformational Technologies to Save the Planet” a cause which has been Mr. Diamond’s life work. In addition Rubinson said, the company hopes to develop the Diamond Technology Training Center at the Moses Payson Mansion in Bath.

“People will long remember how Charlie Diamond literally stood between the Payson Mansion and a wrecking ball until the owner agreed to sell him the aging but grand old building,” said Kathy Martin, Executive Assistant to Mr. Diamond. Years later he repeated that moment virtually with the purchase agreement on the Groveton Mill.

MOP CEO Charles Diamond has expressed his desire and intent to focus more attention on family matters, health and retirement.

A carefully considered plan of succession has been established and is set to take effect immediately. This plan includes a transition period during which Charles will become less active in decision making and daily management, stepping down from his role as president and passing the responsibilities to his successor, Wayne King as the new CEO. Steps have also been made to ensure minimal disruption to daily business operations and to maintain the vision as it was set forth by CEO Charles Diamond. Charles hopes to remain an inspiration to the future of MOP.

The objectives of this transition, as stated by Mr. Diamond, are to install Wayne King as CEO and President, to maintain continuity and redundancy of corporate control; to secure all IP, licenses, and patents with minimal disruption to daily business operations.

MOP VP Clarifies Statement to Media Regarding MOP Sales

As you know, not everything that is reported in the media is reported exactly as stated. In a recent news article, gleaned from 3 separate interviews and other stories already in the news, the reporter stated that MOP had one million in sales. I believe that I was clear in my statement that we anticipated sales in the range of one million dollars this year but it is easily understood why a reporter would simplify such a statement to make it a simple declaratory statement of fact. I apologize to anyone who felt that MOP - through me - was misrepresenting past sales, it was not intended, though it is quite possible that I was not clear enough in my statement. With three and 1/2 months remaining in the calendar year, based on on-going dialogue with prospective buyers and sales that are in some stage of closing, I continue to believe that we will see MOP sales in the range of one million dollars. In fact if all of the sales currently under negotiation were to come to fruition the results will be considerably north of that amount, though I caution shareholders and others to recognize that a 100% closing ratio is a lot like a 1000 batting average and the likelihood of getting a hit every time you step up to the plate is slim.

UPDATES: MOPN POSTS 2010 ANNUAL REPORT

UPDATES: MOPN POSTS 2010 ANNUAL REPORT REVEALING 1000 percent INCREASE IN REVENUES; MOPN INTRODUCTION into SAUDI ARABIA; and THE MOP CHALLENGE to the X CHALLENGE

BATH, NH--(Marketwire – April 15, 2011) MOP Environmental Solutions, Inc. (MOPN.PK) posted its 2010 Annual Report with OTC Markets. Highlights of these financials show significant financial improvements in all areas compared to the prior year: The Company’s 2010 total revenues are increased 1000% over 2009. Cash on hand rose by more than 50%; total assets increased by 10%; and total liabilities less than 6%.

The complete financials can be viewed at: www.otcmarkets.com/stock/MOPN/financials.

CEO Charles Diamond stated: “In 2010, the 1000 percent increase in revenues is quite spectacular but needs to be put into perspective. MOP Environmental, like many small companies, continues to operate at a loss. The primary reason for the 1000 percent increase in revenues was due to involvement in the BP Horizon Gulf of Mexico Oil Spill where we anticipated an authentic and thorough cleanup effort by BP. However BP clearly abandoned this responsibility.

In response to the BP Oil Spill, our stock price went up to a high of $0.35 and we garnered worldwide media attention. This led to serious inquiries regarding our MOP Maximum Oil Pickup® product from around the globe, most notable of which was from Saudi Arabia. Our product MOP has now been observed in operation by our Saudi hosts and this has resulted in a fully paid invitation (www.togo.to/PMU) for an academic presentation of our product to representatives in the oil industry and to government officials in multiple workshops and private sessions. These sessions are further described below.

In the wake of the finished activity of the BP Oil Spill, and with the assistance of Saudi friends, we are now entering into new opportunities to service multiple oil companies and accounts in the Middle East. These oil companies are up to 40 times larger than BP with known existing large projects. MOP has already taken preliminary steps to promptly accommodate a ramp up of demand.

Without encouraging any speculation, we nevertheless do believe, we have an authentic opportunity to once again achieve successive 1000% increases in revenues over those for 2010 in the next 12 months, and the coming years. We also believe our focus on this new market will result in a much stronger company operating at a significant profit with steady growth.”

Introducing MOP in Saudi Arabia
MOPN Company President and CEO Charles Diamond stated: “We are excited by our invitation from the Prince Muhammad Bin Fahd University to present at two workshops.” For details of CEO Diamond’s workshop agenda see: (www.togo.to/PMU).

Our workshops are totally academic and will include a series of demonstrations and talks with an opportunity to personally meet with those in attendance.

In attendance at the Oil Spill Workshop will be representatives of the largest oil companies including Saudi and other Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Country Representatives including; Oil Spill Response Managers and Personnel, Facility and Pipeline Managers, Scientists, Engineers and Other Key Oil, Government and Industry Representatives.

In attendance at the Waste-to-Energy Workshop will be Saudi Solid Waste Managers and Personnel, Energy Production Managers, Scientists and Engineers.”

CEO Diamond further states: “I am enthusiastic that the Saudi concerns cover every aspect of our technology. Their interest includes oil-contaminated-land-reclamation, oil spill preparedness, oil spill response on land and water, and municipal waste-to-energy, (carbon negative bio-char technology).

Saudi resources can include potential funding, and includes a discussed immediate need –with applications that we have already reviewed with our Saudi friends. (Applications that are appropriate candidates include the use of our MOP Maximum Oil Pickup sorbents and our new MOP RESCUE technology, such as applicable on the 1200+ mile oil saturated Saudi Arabian Gulf coastline.) We anticipate a firsthand tour of the polluted coastline since the workshops will be held within close walking distance.

The Saudi interest appears to include the desire, the inclination and the motivation, to effectuate the best and most practical answers for resolution of these and many other problems. We intend to present an academic description to members of the government and industry including comparisons of all the known alternatives. We intend to indicate what we believe are indeed the best and most practical answers to resolve these problems and why.”

Company Issues The MOP CHALLENGE to the X-CHALLENGE
Diamond said: “MOP is issuing The MOP CHALLENGE to the X CHALLENGE—we will put our oil spill response methods and products in a head to head comparison against any other oil spill response alternative using comparable X CHALLENGE contest criteria.” The Company’s Vice President Wayne King, stressed that the X CHALLENGE is perpetuating the same mistakes as the Gulf of Mexico Oil Spill response. Mr. King stated: “The boom, skim & burn mentality, blindly pervades the United States oil spill response industry. While the influential powers give lip service to avoiding hazardous chemicals, they rely on the failed methods of the Exxon Valdez spill and then, declaring ‘no alternative’, they bring in the chemicals.” Mr. King continued: “The government's own report (follow this link to government report) illustrates what a dismal failure the skim and burn response was in the Gulf. It states that skimmers effectively removed only 3% of the oil spilled. They burned more than they skimmed at 5% and claim they were ‘forced’ to use toxic chemical dispersants for only 8%!” Mr. King concluded: “The fight to open our minds to all of the possibilities is a battle that must be waged or we will condemn ourselves to repeat the agony of the Gulf catastrophe again in the next instance and those that follow, until we do open our minds to the other viable alternatives.”

CEO Diamond stated: “The influence of ‘Big Oil’ has unmistakably resulted in the degradation of achieving the stated goals of the X CHALLENGE. We are going public regarding the manner in which Shell Oil and other vested interests have sabotaged the stated noble goals of the X CHALLENGE. We chose to withdraw from the X CHALLENGE in protest and to go public with the inside story. A brief introduction to what actually took place can be found in Shell’s own words:” (Only excerpted below -The entire link has value to be reviewed.)

http://www.shell.us/home/content/usa/aboutshell/media_center/news_and_press_releases/2010/10042010_xprize.html

Shell Exploration and Production Company, a subsidiary of Shell Oil Company, has pledged its collaboration and support to the $1.4 million Wendy Schmidt Oil Cleanup X CHALLENGE. The competition aims to inspire entrepreneurs, engineers and scientists worldwide to develop innovative, rapidly deployable and highly efficient methods of capturing crude oil from the ocean surface. As part of this collaboration, Shell will help with direct support for the technical, operational and scientific components of this competition, and strive to ensure that breakthroughs resulting from the X CHALLENGE will make it into the marketplace.

Shell will work with the X PRIZE Foundation to bring in oil experts and other industry leaders to help promote, utilize and bring the winning technology to market. Additionally, Shell will have a representative on the competition’s Advisory Committee and Judging Panel. (emphasis added in above two paragraphs)

Diamond states: “In spite of their stated aims to inspire entrepreneurs, engineers and scientists worldwide to develop innovative, rapidly deployable and highly efficient methods of capturing crude oil from the OCEAN SURFACE the X CHALLENGE has been coached by private interests to adopt rules that perpetuate the single minded, failed, skimmer technologies of the past with narrow parameters that categorically exclude virtually all other innovative, rapidly deployable ENVIRONMENTALLY SAFE and LOW COST highly EFFICIENT methods of TRULY capturing CRUDE OIL from the OCEAN SURFACE that can operate UNDER ALL WEATHER CONDITIONS (Follow link to MOP as a FIRST RESPONSE excerpted from Congressional Testimony: www.togo.to/MOP-FIRST).

MOP presented an approach that we understood could exceed the 2,500 GPM performance requirement specified in their rules, together with verifiable measurement criteria at the request of X CHALLENGE (who claimed an exception might be allowable) by the Pre-Judging Review Team, but in a later meeting they persisted with a categorical rejection that a sorbent would not be considered. Our proposed solution was quick, thorough, above their criteria for recovery and worked irrespective of wave height or wind conditions, simulating ocean conditions on high seas as found in the real world.

I might point out, deploying MOP also offers the unique option of staying ahead of any spill with rapid MOP underwater deployment, while skimmers will only work after the oil is present and when set in oil that stacks up thick enough for a skimmer to pick it up. This requirement is unfortunately necessary for the skimmer to not-just pickup water.

Oil companies who never had an answer, are setting the rules of the X CHALLENGE and are not even allowing for a possible alternative to skinner technology. Their level of competence was demonstrated in the Gulf of Mexico. These “Oil Experts” that already failed to produce the answers in the Gulf, arrogantly ignore the far better prepared Europeans (such as Cedre of France who already recognize the importance of sorbent technology as the method of first choice for retrieving crude oil on the high seas.) The Shell “Oil Experts,” none of whom have yet to evaluate anything comparable to MOP, with closed minds have categorically disallowed what is arguably the best of its class sorbent technology. For this reason we pulled out of the X CHALLENGE in protest to independently demonstrate MOP under the same conditions, offers the ultimate answer for oil spill response to crude oil spills on the high seas.”

The rules that exist virtually guarantee an X CHALLENGE winner that will be unable to perform in the real life conditions of the ocean. In the ocean an oil spill is confronted with waves that are seldom only one foot, with winds of all levels and where oil spreads and seldom stacks up to an unrealistic depth of one inch. These are the unrealistic conditions used to compare the failed skimmer technology that are clearly inappropriate for the high seas. Unrealistically calm waters and oil stacked up to one inch, though unnatural for open seas, are typically used as a measure of performance criteria only for a basis of comparison among skimmers under the limited conditions skimmers can optimally operate in. These unrealistic conditions are not suitable for capture of oil spills from authentic high seas; maybe it’s ok for calm protected ocean bays, a pond, lagoon, stream or lake but definitely not applicable as an answer to address the failures of crude oil recovery from an off shore ocean based oil rig or an ocean based oil spill from an oil tanker which are the oft publicly stated goals of the X CHALLENGE.

This is only the tip of the iceberg! How and why this skewed rule adoption took place will likely become a matter of strong public concern, as will, understanding how the X CHALLENGE, under the influence of private interests, allowed this to happen. Over the next several days and weeks, we will go public with the inside details of this fascinating and disturbing story.”

MOP's properties are such that it can effectively deal with oil spills the size of the BP Horizon Gulf Oil Spill yet is equally effective at cleaning up oil spills off a garage floor.

MOP Environmental Solutions, Inc. addresses All Oil Spill Needs in Three Multi-Billion Dollar Markets.

• Direct to the Consumer -- Ideal for leaks and spills from Auto, RV, Motorized Home Equipment and Used Cooking Oils.

• Commercial Industrial -- Every company with machinery has a need for MOP.

• International Spill Response -- MOP as the First Response is The Best Option for All Oil Spills on Land or Water.

MOP Environmental Solutions, Inc. manufactures and distributes MOP Maximum Oil Pickup®. MOP picks up and recovers oil spilled on land and/or water. This revolutionary, 100% recyclable, absorbent material, picks up to 30 times its own weight in oil, without absorbing water, restores traction on slippery surfaces, yet is as safe to the environment as a leaf falling from a tree. MOP offers the fastest, safest, lowest cost way to restore a clean, natural environment from any oil spill, indoors, outdoors, on land or water in all weather conditions, and uniquely can pay for itself from the offsetting revenues of its oil recovery option.

1. Oil Spill Impacts Assessment and Response Management, June 5-6, 2011

v The method of use and effectiveness of our proprietary sorbent technology, “MOP® Maximum Oil Pickup”

· Advantages that this technology offers in oil spill cleanup for remediation of both land and water based oil spills

· “Rapid Environmental Soil Clean Up Equipment” technology as the answer for clean up of the oil contaminated Arabian Gulf Coastline

· Benefits of adoption of this proprietary product and technology as a contingency first response to oil spills.

As stated by MOP Environmental CEO Charles Diamond: “We are very pleased by the serious level of interest and the conscientious efforts that our Saudi friends have demonstrated to facilitate the introduction of our MOP technology to the important leaders within the oil industry and the government leaders in Saudi Arabia, and their counterparts in the GCC countries. Their invitation will bring us face-to-face with decision-makers that we would otherwise find exceedingly difficult or impossible to reach.”

CEO Diamond further states: “The Saudi’s are showing an interest in every aspect of our technology. Their interest includes oil spill preparedness and response on land and water, oil-contaminated-land-reclamation, and municipal waste-to-energy, (carbon negative bio char technology). The Saudis appear to have the resources, the inclination and the motivation to effectuate the best and most practical answers for resolution of these problems.”

Diamond concluded: “What began as weekly phone calls has now grown to a level of daily communication and in-depth discussions. With our invitation we are now looking forward to our initial firsthand assessment of the scope of possibilities as the guests of our Saudi friends. It is our objective to gain from our first visit, a better understanding of the physical, financial, and human resources that would have to be brought together to adequately address the oil-remediation needs and the municipal waste-to-energy needs that we may be uniquely able to provide for Saudi Arabia and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.”

BATH, NH, March 17, 2011 (MARKET WIRE) – MOP Environmental Solutions, Inc. (MOPN.PK), announced today the signing of a preliminary agreement, as excerpted: “for the purpose of establishing a division of MOP Environmental Solutions, Inc. in Saudi Arabia to facilitate distribution, and/or production, and/or research, and/or development, and/or manufacturing of MOP Environmental Solutions, Inc., products and environmentally sound oil spill cleanup methods and/or contaminated land and water remediation methods in the Middle Eastern region.”

As stated by MOP Environmental CEO Charles Diamond: “We have entered a 90 day period of negotiations within which to conclude the terms of a Joint Venture for MOP Environmental Solutions, Inc., to establish a working presence in Saudi Arabia. The mutually agreed upon name is MOP Environmental Solutions of Saudi Arabia (“MOPN-SA”). Diamond continued: “With the signing of the agreement with Team SA, our focus is on the completion of a MOP Saudi Arabia Executive Plan of Action to service all the possible applications, markets and industries throughout Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and the Middle Eastern Region. Diamond concluded: “We are very pleased with the progress we are making within Saudi Arabia. This agreement is an important step toward establishing a strategically important international presence within the largest oil producing region of the world.”
