BATH, NH, July 20, 2010 (MARKET WIRE) – MOP Environmental Solutions (PINKSHEETS: MOPN), President & CEO, Charles Diamond, has released excerpts of the text of an open letter to the Shareholders, Employees and Friends of MOP Environmental Solutions.

Shareholders, Employees and Friends:

What we have is seemingly the ultimate prerequisites for the continued success and growth from a small company to one of significant size.

Simply put, MOP Environmental Solutions offers the safest, lowest-cost answer for oil spills. Our product MOP Maximum Oil Pickup uniquely offers a PROFIT instead of the usual EXPENSE involved in oil spill clean up by capturing the value of recovered oil. We are a small company in a unique position with an unequaled, patented product. The raw material for manufacture is abundant, the need for the product is virtually unlimited, vis a vis the billions of gallons of spilled oil all over the globe that need to be cleaned up and we are the only supplier for this unique product. What we have is seemingly the ultimate formula for success.

In the past two weeks we have invoiced over $165,000 in product. We intend to proceed from here to make this company continue on an upward spiral. MOP Environmental is grateful to have a product that is not only assisting in the current cleanup efforts in the Gulf, but will be there until the end. Our initial order with BP to supply booms has been fully delivered and invoiced. For future invoices that are net 30 days we are in the process of setting up receivables financing to accelerate the receipt of funds and gain more rapid access to working capital.

Other activities underway to further the expansion of MOP Environmental Solutions include the signing, on July 19, 2010 of a Letter of Intent for the forming of a Canadian MOP Manufacturing and Distribution facility to produce products and services for the Oil Spill Cleanup Industry. In accordance with the terms of the signed Letter of Intent, MOP Environmental Solutions would have a 60% controlling interest in the plant and would share 50% of the net profits. In addition to increasing MOP production capacity in anticipation of the ability to commit to and service large accounts, this Canadian operation will be able to take advantage of Canadian Business Development Programs such as those available through EDC Export Development Canada.

In an effort to provide financial disclosure to the investing public, we will be posting our June 30th, 2010 financial statements with Pink Sheets shortly upon receipt from our accountant. This should bring us to a “Limited Information” status with Pink Sheets. In the coming months we will be working to move our status with Pink Sheets to “Current Information.” We intend to maintain prompt full financial disclosure as we mature the company.

The BP Gulf oil spill is one of the greatest tragedies of our times. It is more than 10 times the size of the infamous Exxon Valdez spill whose oil persists in the sands of the beaches 20 years later. MOP holds the exclusive answer to thoroughly and economically clean up oil spills, like the Exxon Valdez, the Gulf, and other large oil spills the world over that are not and have not been contained or resolved by today's expensive yet ineffective recovery efforts.

The BP oil spill has drawn attention to our small company like never before. We are in turn, using this opportunity to grow this company as rapidly as possible. It is a classic case of how a small company with a great product can seize the moment to effect its rapid growth in every reasonable way possible.

By the process of self- selection you are, as a group, as intelligent, motivated, loyal, and enthusiastic as any group of shareholders and employees of a company could possibly be. The 500 plus (and growing) members of the MOPN Community are impressive and gratifying. Investors and friends from the MOPN Community have stepped forward to promote and demonstrate our MOP product. We have been receiving offers of help at all levels, including professional, legal and financial. We are beginning to realize that the MOPN family is indeed an exceptional resource that can share in the excitement of our progress in many possible ways. We intend to explore the possibilities further in the weeks to come.

The BP oil spill is not forever. To put this in perspective the estimates are between 100,000,000 and 180,000,000 gallons of oil have spilled in the Gulf of Mexico. The recovery effort, if anything like the Exxon Valdez, will likely take years. However it would take at least one hundred BP Gulf oil spills to equal the 18,000,000,000 gallons of liquid hydrocarbons spilled in Ecuador. Still other locations such as Baku, Azerbaijan have been leaking oil on land and in lagoons continuously for over 60 years and are arguably the largest oil spills on earth. These locations represent our markets for the future and they are virtually unlimited in comparison to the Gulf oil spill. We continue to pursue other global interests and opportunities and are looking forward to contribute to the enormous clean up effort in Ecuador.
